GB F: Women's ONLY

Our women’s only Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes in North Burnaby provide a safe, supportive, and empowering environment to learn self-defense, improve fitness, and build confidence. Perfect for beginners and experienced practitioners looking for a strong community of women in Vancouver.

GB1: FUNDAMENTALS

GB1 Fundamentals is the perfect starting point for anyone new to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in Burnaby. Learn essential techniques, positions, and self-defense concepts in a structured and beginner-friendly class designed to build a strong foundation.

GBK: TODDLERS, KIDS AND TEENS

Our kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program in Burnaby is divided into 4 age groups to support development at every stage:

  • Tiny Champions: 3 to 4 years old.
  • Little Champions 1: 5 to 7 years old.
  • Little Champions 2: 7 to 9 years old.
  • Juniors: 10–14 years old.

GB2: ADVANCED
